According to La Directa, journal number 6 of the Instruction of the Spanish National Audience. The Central Court has quoted four persons, as well as Clara Borrero and David Budria, charged that hours after being arrested by the Civil Guard on 23 September 2019 they were released on charges, without being made available to the courts. On 30 June, they will have to declare them telematically.

At a press conference in Sabadell, Solidarity Alert, which will be responsible for the defence of the new defendants, he explained that the Civil Guard "has continued to harass" since 23 September. As for the group against repression, the quotations known today put on the table that the Prosecutor's Office and, therefore, the Government of Spain "are making power". Solidarity has warned that they are pursuing popular mobilization, in this case against the independence movement. The Solidarity Alert attorney, Xavier Pellicer, has considered that the latest news shows that "terrorism is a great argument against all kinds of dissent with the state."
