Collaboration between the police and vacancy companies, both official and non-official, is not a secret. An example of this is that this year a collaboration agreement has been signed between the Spanish Association of Personal Defence Instructors (PSDI) and Desokupa: This fascist company will offer the police a course of "personal defence".

There are also examples of this link in the Basque Country. It has recently been announced that Otavio da Silva, a fascist who teaches in Desokupa, is an ertzaina. Silva teaches, among other things, "police and military stapling", a modality of struggle that seeks to control the enemy without giving a direct blow.

Everything seems to indicate that the Basque Government ' s Department of Security is up to date. It allegedly undertakes an internal investigation to see whether it is compatible for Otavio da Silva to be an official and at the same time to act in Desokupa. The head of Desokupa, Daniel Esteve, has assured that there are also more Ertzainas within the fascist company.

Registered as a woman

As if it were not enough, the ertzaina Otavio da Silva is registered as a woman in her identity documents: in the register that requested the change of sex. In several Vacancy videos, fascist Esteve laughs at the cause by calling Otavio da Silva "chief instructor" ("chief instructors", but female).

The Ertzaintza tried to kill her partner, who had not yet received the salary for her partner.

Otavio da Silva is not the only ertzaina who has requested a change in sex in the register: This summer, it was reported that another Ertzaintza agent had done the same. This case has had a great impact, as this police attempted to kill his partner in Donostia-San Sebastián (Gipuzkoa), where he died. The woman, who has been arrested for assaulting the woman with a kitchen knife, has also threatened her daughters.

According to the latest information, the aggressor has not been released after being placed outside the Ertzaintza. In fact, it appears that he has been opened with an internal disciplinary file, but, for the time being, his police activity has only been temporarily suspended, he charges the same salary.

Security Advisor Bingen Zupiria has argued that the judicial process remains open to investigate what has happened and has argued that the aggressor ertzaina has "the right" to receive, in the meantime, the "basic remuneration".
