“When we unite for rights and democracy, we are unstoppable,” said the President of the Catalan Parliament, Roger Torrent. The platform Democracia y Coexistence has formed an anti-repressive front that, in this Sunday’s demonstration, has asked the Spanish government to suspend the judicial treatment of the Catalan issue and instead opt for dialogue.

The Democracy and Coexistence platform has also placed Catalan politicians in the spotlight with homework, as they have been asked to form an effective government to eradicate Article 155 once and for all.
