-The main quality of a lockdown is that you get out of the routine.

In general, we move through a rail. By itself. And it's usually a feeling like we're lost without those rails. But in the lockdown we can move to another lane through the routine that each one is building. Rails are indeed routines. And we all have the ability to do it or to develop it.

As a town occupied and close to full colonization, we are subjects of foreign powers even in extreme situations. We were not independent and we are not. However, despite this, the perception of this reality, which often goes unnoticed, is exacerbated in an "extreme" situation like the current one. Most of them come down to us. Reading the situation, decisions, manipulation of society, limits, use of coherence... Everything is passed on to us through taxation. The feeling, contrary to what we thought, may be that our lives are out of our control, and that in that well we have an hour or so to lick.

So it's easy to generate asphyxiation inside the house. Imbalance, fuss, anguish, nervousness... After all, it's not that we walk through our lanes -- it's a kind of terra incognita.

But all of this doesn't have to be that way. We have the tools to deal with the seriousness of the situation.

The month does the weeks and weeks the days

We will focus on day to day. The axis of the day, which is the one that matters most. Day after day, mostly doing the day. If not, the date back to the street and to the usual activities will be no more than a number that moves away as it is looked at in the calendar. It can take a long time if you don't change the chip.

And, for example, moving into the routine hours set by us, living, we will again have the feeling that we are "structured." But it's not just a feeling, it's a truth: we're going to build that structure, and through it, we're going to go on the lanes that are specifically created for these days.

Everyone must create and carry their own routine

Whatever the case, it should also have the following components:

1- Physical exercise: everything is worth here. Walking home, static bike, sokasalto, zumba, yoga, weights…

2- Stretching: in exceptional situations the body, as a highway, tends to contract, which causes physical-psychic discomfort. The same applies to those in front of the computer. Therefore, the muscles of the crines should be silenced.

3- Breathing: complete and conscious breathing. This provides us with a plus of oxygen in both muscle fibers and the brain. And VERY effective to fight anxiety and excess stress.

Keep in mind that, in addition to all of the above, getting to bed at night with a tiredness point helps you sleep better.

We also have to take the time to do the things we like or to test the new ones.

Now we have the opportunity, this is the time! Start painting (that corner of the class where you start eating a painting or the moisture...), making models (music, diaporama, project...), reading (books that we don't normally have time to read), working some new competition... Here everything has its place, according to our mind and the things around us. The only border, in general, is us.

Diet Care is Also Fundamental

Rest

In the evening the problems increase, so it is convenient to lie down as quietly as possible. In the head, the beauty of the story we have read, the memory of the nice night we link, the pleasure we feel (what we have given ourselves or what they have given us of others... according to the possibilities...)... Don't put your cell phones, computers and other electronics aside when you get into bed!

Feelings

You may feel angry, so it is important that you communicate. Often, starting to talk to others, we'll notice that outrage calms down. We often do not know how to start communicating, and in this case the most appropriate thing is that it is completely vulnerable: The phrase "I'm angry and I don't know who, nor why" can open the way. These are very stressful situations, but they are not obvious.

Communication

It can be the temptation to stop communicating because you feel bad about your head, lack of desire... And so we would undermine what we own. Because to the extent that we are social beings, we not only need interaction, interaction -- we are also essential.

We are prepared to help, but are we prepared to ask for help? It is not a rhetorical question, but an issue that requires reflection.

If we are dedicated to the construction of the community, and as we are working, we are part of it, we will have the same needs or similarities as the community.

It is generally true that the day is complete. And the same can happen with the opposite. Balance and what is being used for oneself, that is essential. The important thing is, therefore, that everyone is best managed in the space and time we have.

There is not the only effective formula. What's worth is what's good for everyone. They can be very different, even contradictory, forms, and yet work well.

Many times, the time that marks the clock is not accompanied by our perception of it. This is because of relativity.
