On May 7, 2021, hundreds of young people mobilized in the capitals of Hego Euskal Herria to “fight precariousness” called by the Ernai organization. The Ertzaintza attacked the demonstrations in Vitoria and Bilbao, injured by several young people. Ernai reported in June of the same year that eight people were arrested for their participation in these mobilizations. Ernai reported the sentence on Tuesday via the social network: each young person will face a seven-month prison sentence and compensation of EUR 7,000.

In this judgment, which began on 15 June, seven of the eight young people have been present. In fact, seven of them were arrested in Bilbao, the other in Vitoria. On June 4, Ernaik called for a mobilization under the slogan “Don’t Stop Us!” to denounce that the trial was “fraught with lies” and claim the youth struggle.

Ernai called on the mobilisation last April, when Ernai's spokeswoman Ane Alava read the penalties they called for against these seven young people. The young people who were tried had requests for prison sentences of 12 to 18 months and the Prosecutor ' s Office required fines of up to EUR 20,000.

In June, contributions began to be received to help meet the financial penalty in the following current account: ES53 2095 0036 6191 2160 4611.
