- One person denounces that Eric Olhats raped his minor. They have already denounced it for the fact that they have committed the attacks, and the Prosecutor’s Office has announced that the Police also has reports of further attacks.
Following the arrest of the football observer, Eric Olhats, who was arrested on Wednesday by the French police, on Thursday the prosecution has reported the reason for the arrest: he is accused of raping a minor. In particular, he was attributed the aggression during his time as a youth coach in Avirón, Baiona, in the period between the late 1990s and the early 2000s.
In August last year, the person who suffered the aggression filed the complaint and Olhats declared that he raped her. According to the Prosecutor ' s Office, the police are aware of further attacks by the accused.
Olhats is denounced for having been attacked previously. In 2009 he was temporarily expelled by the Royal Society as an observer for the football team in France. As you can read in the news, he was convicted of the loss of minors and, according to the ruling, Olhats texted a 13-year-old player with "inadequate sexual content." He was sentenced to three years ' imprisonment, to ten months ' prohibition of working with minors and to compensation for the bullied and their parents.
