"Au Planning, les hommes aussi peuvent être enceints" -"In planning men can also be pregnant" - the afix brings a message in which a couple appears, one of them pregnant and another with physical elements that culturally associate men - beard and baldness. This is what the afix of the historic Family Planning partnership implies. What Trans was supposed to be a document to spread the message in favor of people's rights, hundreds of citizens have turned it into a way to launch transphobia, both on social media and on the streets. Militants and insults of Family Planning are receiving death threats and everything that stands in solidarity with trans people on social networks. Beyond words, several headquarters of the association have been attacked in recent days, including those of Lilles and Mont-de-Marsan.

The campaign against the association is being harsh and violent, and on 19 August, the attacks are documented: "We're an active partnership for 65 years and we're dealing with an unconditional welcome. Whatever your gender identity. Among the 300,000 people who come to us every year, there are trans people who ask us about contraception, abortion or medical follow-up to their transition. It’s our responsibility to get you there, to feel welcome.” The feminist association has taken advantage of the document to affirm that Trans people have their place in the Family Planning movement.

The association is studying the way to denounce, and this against "those who process the people", specifying "sometimes they are also elected officials of the Republic". In fact, a number of elected officials from the far right and the right have been against the message that the afix brings, including those from the RN Marine Le Pen party and those from Reconquête Eric Zemmour.

Today in the French State there is no guarantee of paternity for the trans person who has given birth, despite being pregnant and giving birth being a uterus. According to the law of November 18, 2016, the trans person can modify the mention of sex in civil status documents and without hormonal or surgical intervention. The truth is that the right links pregnancy to motherhood, yes or yes.

Also solidarity messages

The controversy has reached the French Government and the Minister of Parity, Isabelle Rome, has expressed support for the association: "Planning Familial is a historic, fundamental partnership in the area of women's rights, contraception and abortion. I fully support his initiative." Add: “Let us not let the extreme right break hate by instrumentalizing a communication campaign, and I can understand that [the afix] does not make consensus.”

Planning Familial particularly appreciates the messages of solidarity he has received in recent days. In fact, hundreds of associations, elected left-wing, trade unions, publishers and humble citizens have made their statements public to denounce this transphobia. Here's a sample of tweets:
