On 9 May, 22 young people will be prosecuted for the "usurping of a public building". The trial, relating to the Marqués de Rozalejo building, will be held at the Superior Court of Justice of Navarra from 10:00 a.m. 4. According to the order of the Examining Court, the trial will begin with the testimony of six witnesses, who are the officers of the Foral Police. Next, 22 young people under investigation will be given the floor and will then be the Director of the Navarra Heritage Service and three other technicians as witnesses.

The judge has partially rejected the evidence submitted by the defendants to be declared by the Tax Counsellor and also by the Chief of the Foral Police.
