A female victim of gender violence in the Vitorian district of Zaramaga and her three children are evicted on Monday. The Ertzaintza and several Municipal Police patrols have come to the door of the house, as well as twenty representatives of the Housing Union and the Socialist Council of Vitoria to denounce the eviction. The Ertzaintza faces members who were protesting and executing eviction after a second charge.

The Socialist Council has spread on social media pictures of the burdens carried out by the Ertzainas. They have caused several injuries and at least two people are identified.

The members of the Housing Union emphasize that the woman was aware of eviction on Friday: “We haven’t had time to stop this.” The woman shares part of the time of residence with her children, but since she is not the children's usual home, they have not been able to paralyze the eviction by claiming that children live there.

The union denounces that the evicted woman is in a situation of “vulnerability”. The collective has called for the "immediate suspension" of all redundancies. She also stresses that women have been victims of male violence and that they have already been evicted in 2017. She stressed that the woman who left the house had paid the corresponding rent monthly.
