Swedish justice qualifies as legal the strike that has left Tesla unregistered in Elon Muskiz
  • Workers from Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland launched on 27 October a “solidarity strike” against the company Tesla, the largest producer of electric cars, to negotiate the collective agreement. Thanks to the billionaire's pressure on Elon Ms, they managed to block Tesla's production. The Court of Justice has just accepted the postal strike on Friday because Tesla cannot oblige the postmen to deliver the plates.

Elon M has been left empty when two months have passed since the historic strike that the 120 Swedish mechanics have launched for the signing of a collective Tesla agreement, as the Justice has accepted the postal strike that leaves the largest electric car producer Tesla unregistered, and from now on Tesla will not receive any more license plates, as the trade unions attached to the strike have declared that Tesla cannot “surrender”.

In Sweden, the law says that registration plates must be delivered by mail, so the newspaper, along with Swedish cleaners, electricians, maintainers, transporters and chargers, has gathered that the blocking of postcards is a “fundamental” movement for the success of the protest against Muskiz. Thus, Tesla takes the case to court and tries to pressure Transportsyrels’ transport agency so it can be “alternative forms of license plate distribution”. Transportsyrelsen refuses to change the distribution model and is now ratified by Swedish justice.
