The 39-year-old woman from Bilbao filed a complaint early Saturday for sexual assault. According to the woman, a man took her home and sexually assaulted her in the place, where she sexually assaulted her. The Ertzaintza and the Local Police went to the site and arrested the 45-year-old man. The arrested person has been released without precautionary measures and released after testifying before the judge.

The Municipality of Mungia, through an institutional declaration, has denounced the sexual assault, offered the help it needs to the woman and congratulated the emergency teams that have assisted her.
