Rodríguez reports that she has recorded several questions “regarding a resolution on buildings in the park of Salburua”.
He clarifies that, among the criteria provided by this resolution, “there is a need to carry out a prior inspection of the environment of the channels to know the existing faunal and floristic community”, being able to detect species of risk or interest.
It also indicates that the resolution points to the need to “create a new wetland south of the site, rather than eliminate it with the project, evaluating the water regime of the plot and applying natural engineering techniques”.
Rodriguez asks the Deputy Foreign Minister whether this prospect has been made, whether a new wetland has been created to replace it, and whether amphibians and invertebrates have been moved to the new lagoon.
