Uriarte has announced that they intend to complete the course on 30 June, with the exception of the second baccalaureate, which runs until the first week of July. The Basque Government, the Basque Universities and the Quality Agency are working to complete the course with distance training, but it will also be a classroom academic activity.

He stressed that they do not want students to go out “harmed” and that in no case do they expect the coronavirus to repeat the course, “except in the cases of students who had a poor course evolution”.

As for the OPE Education Test, Uriarte has not announced new dates for the next course. He recalled that the Basque Government has a commitment that the test should be carried out in 2020, but sees it as "difficult" to do so before September. In these competitions, 1,148 places were offered, 1,021 of which corresponded to Secondary School teachers and 127 to Vocational Training teachers.
