The Mayor of Pamplona, Enrique Maya, announced that fourteen representatives of Navarra Suma would have received 361 euros for participating in the councils of the companies Comiruña (small traders), BCH (Historical Center of Pamplona) and Energy Operator of the City Hall. Until 2014, the patrolling of the diets of public officials caused a great scandal, especially for the charges received for attending the meetings of Caja Navarra.

However, in the previous legislature, the four forces that supported the Government decided to withdraw the systems that both UPN and PSN had maintained for years. According to the News Journal, EH Bildu, PSN and Geroa Bai have reached an agreement that municipal representatives as technicians and modify the statutes of Comiruña do not receive daily allowances.

In order to fulfil this promise, the municipal representation in the General Assembly will also be replaced. Enrique Maya, so far delegate to the City Hall, will replace Joseba Asiron, and instead Maite Sporrín (PSN) and Patxi Leuza (Geroa Bai). In the last legislature the statutes were not amended because the municipal representatives refused access to the allowances. The meeting to amend the statutes will be held on 21 November at the City Council of Pamplona.
