During the vote there was a dispute between the pp and the PNV over who will be holding one of the seats in the House. Finally, the PNV took 35.27% of the votes, adding the fourth to the three achieved in the April elections. With 19.12% of the votes and maintaining the two seats obtained in the previous municipal elections, the PSE is in second position. It is followed by E, with 15.40% of the votes, and followed by the number of voters in third place. We can, with two seats pulled out in April, stay with one. In fourth place, EH Bildu, with 15.05% of the votes and maintaining the seat obtained in April, has remained.
Despite having competed for a seat, the pp has fallen behind, leading the list of parties that have not won a seat. As in Spain, the party has also risen in Bizkaia, but not enough to get a Member for Bizkaia.
