- A Donostia-San Sebastian magistrate has sentenced the former Chief Finance Officer of Gipuzkoa, Victor Bravo, to two years and four months in prison. According to information released by the newspaper eldiario.es, the former PNV senator has been charged with three tax offences on public charges.
The judicial procedure, known as the “Bravo II case”, took place last autumn. In this case, Fernando Isidoro González Enfedaque (former member of Air Madrid) was convicted in the framework of the commercial operation Glass Costa Este Salou.
The investigation began during 2007. Many suspected cases appear to have appeared in the management of many issues on the LNP: Museum Balenciaga, which confused Mariano Kamio, former mayor of Getaria.
