- Jeltzales have won 11 seats but one less than in 2020, while EH Bildu will have two more seats from Bizkaia with 8 representatives. The PSE (4) has won one more seat than the previous elections, the PP has stayed (2) and lost the two that Jon Podemos had.
In the end there have been no surprises in Bizkaia and the PNV has gained a lot in this territory, both in localities and in the number of votes. But its dominance is no longer so clear, in a territory that normally has the most important potent, because the difference with the second force has decreased a lot. Jeltzales have won 11 (-1) seats, three more than EH Bildu, but the difference in elections four years ago has been halved.
There are also significant changes in the votes: in the absence of recent reports, including postcards, the PNV has exceeded the 222,000 vote barrier, some 22,000 more than the previous year, but it should be noted that participation in this territory has increased significantly, nine more points than in the full pandemic in 2020. The Jeltzales, on the other hand, fall by three percentage points. Normally, the second force had a 20% difference in the previous elections in Bizkaia, this time EH Bildu only got 11% of Imanol Pradales' candidature.
EH Bildu has increased considerably and has taken 8 (+2) seats. Thus, it has been able to compete almost against the Jeltzales. As for the number of votes, the Abertzale coalition has also experienced very significant growth, with 160,782 votes, 48,000 more than in 2020, and an increase of five percentage points.
Neither Alba García nor Miren Gorrotxategi will be in the Gasteiz Parliament
The PSE-EE, with 78,990 votes, obtained 14,000 more votes than the previous one and, although it has barely increased in percentage, will have one more seat in Bizkaia. PP has also increased significantly (+18,000), but will continue with two parliamentarians. Vox also grows slightly (+1,800) in Bizkaia. It has passed the 10,000 votes barrier, but it has won no representatives.
The biggest loser has surely been Jon Podemos, who has lost his two seats and, moreover, the other political party, Sumar, has not been represented from Bizkaia. Neither Alba García nor Miren Gorrotxategi, candidates for Lehendakari, will be present in the Gasteiz Parliament.

What has remained in the most populated municipalities of Bizkaia?
Bizkaia has again become decisive for the overall results of the PNV. It has been the only one that has won from the three territories of the CAV and the only one that has had a considerable increase in the number of votes – only in Álava and Gipuzkoa have the nationalists increased their votes. The effort made by Andoni Ortuzar and Pradales with their speeches during the last week of the election campaign has been reflected in Bizkaia to activate the voters. In the most populated municipalities, for example, the PNV has experienced significant growth, such as Bilbao (+8,590), Getxo (+1,060), Barakaldo (+3,260) or Santurtzi (+1,420). In the rest of the territories, no increase has been observed in the most populated municipalities.
But the result has not been round for Sabin Etxea in Bizkaia. EH Bildu criticized part of the night here too: in all these popular municipalities cited the Abertzale coalition has increased in votes. In the same town of Pradales, in Santurtzi, EH Bildu has increased 2,415 votes, a thousand times more than the PNV, and the difference between the two forces has halved, from 16% to 8%.
