2nd High Court of Justice of the Basque Country. The Administrative Court has estimated the appeal against the Special Urban Management Plan of Cerro de San Bartolomé de San Sebastián, published in the Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa on Wednesday.

The Dendartean Merchants Association, the San Sebastian Merchants Association, the Erdiko Bizi and Amara Bai neighbours association and the coordinator Donostia Defendatuz denounced the project last week. They also expressed their intention to bring the Special Plan to the courts. The City Hall of San Sebastian approved it with a single vote of the PNV and the opposition rejected PP, EH Bildu and Elkarrekin Donostia.

In the note published by the associations, they denounced that parking would adversely affect the mobility and pollution of the city and defended the interests of small shops. The hearing expressed the hope of being right on the grounds that the Special Plan of the City of San Sebastian is "totally illegal".
