- After two years of symbolic approach, the San Sebastian Pirates re-perform an Approach. This year the movement has turned 20 years and nineteen have gone through the first Approach. On 11 August 2003, they embarked for the first time and claimed free Community use of public space.
It has been nineteen years since the Pirates of San Sebastian first made the Approach and that they did it symbolically in the last two years, due to a pandemic, this year it has again become a multitudinous Approach at the Pier of San Sebastian.
On August 15, at 09:30, the youth begin to arrive at the pier of San Sebastian to assemble their rafts:
