By 3 p.m. on Saturday afternoon, the boat had launched an alert requiring the evacuation of a crew member. The alert was managed by the maritime rescue services of the French State, from Toulouse (Occitania). The ship, which was 25 miles from the Cantabrian coast (Spanish State), was intervened by the services of the Spanish State at the time of the accident.
The worker was treated on the same boat by the Ertzaintza relief services. But his condition was serious and he was evacuated.
