The impact of the domination of the global territory in which we live already permeates us in its entirety. The identities that this world generates create them in the tendency to be lonely and narcissists, the current identities are fragmented and fractured. In the midst of the shipwreck, “who can do whatever he can”, we already live under the general order. Note how progressive weaknesses in the rights to social citizenship, expansive precariousness of working conditions or passions to stifle the desire to reclaim the sovereignty and sovereignty of peoples, are integrated into the characteristics of the neoliberal model that dreams of the equalized world. In a world driven by the hunger for money, the destruction of fundamental rights, social untying, the preponderance of the market, or the pretensions of privatising the elites, are the consequences of a system that is trapped in us.

However, it is so necessary to understand well the conditions in which individual production is currently produced, and to act autonomously in the responsibility of such production, because if one does not do oneself, it does another. Only in this way could it be allowed in a guarantee of collectivity, that is, from sovereignty, the revitalization of desire, the recreation of another type of abrasive sociocultural construction.

The current expropriation of human identity is replaced by the so-called “neoliberal identity”. And in the conclusions we have clearly seen the threat of civilisation in the ecological and planetary crisis caused by the global system: the consequences of the climate crisis have already become unspeakable.

The risk society U.Beck generates new permanent threats, generating increased vulnerability and social fragmentation both in peoples and in people. The planetary ecological crisis, financial speculation, the continuous risk of capital bankruptcy, the precarious multiplier of the market, the media imposition of single thought, increase the dispersion of the expropriated subject, causing dependence on the citizens and hindering and curbing the social motor.

However, we need the architecture of a new citizenship ready to overcome the framework of dependency and amenaza.En education, of course, the development of the basic personality of the individual must be a fundamental issue.

Because what's at stake is a radical transformation of the model of society. In addition to the ideological doctrine of neoliberalism, within it there is a model of construction of the individual that makes it something that is easy to commodify. Therefore, neoliberal capitalism has a decisive influence on the current forms of subjectivity, today these types of human beings live trapped in their hyperconsumerist mandate.

As long as profits and money continue to be the main object of desire of our time horizon, the germ of a new sociocultural construction of the desire of the human team cannot be found. This temporal border is embodied in a new collective culture, a transformation that will bring a true anthropological mutation. Undoubtedly, the social contribution to produce the conditions for a decent life for all consists in changing the direction of the main object of the desire, in a comprehensive and new conciliatory agreement that will benefit another kind of social reconciliation.

The change of direction of desire, although arising from the need to rescue the individual, focuses on the human team and seeks sovereignty. Emancipation is centered on the horizon of all facets, and is the most revered by a Basque and feminist society.
