"We want to denounce once again the witch hunt suffered by teachers and professionals working in the Skolae environment," he added. The spokesman has been asked whether Skolae is in danger with the new coalition government. He insisted on the need to keep education "out of politics": "It should be above the change of government," he added.
He adds that steps have been taken that cannot be changed: "We are at a time when there is no turning back on the path of co-education. Whatever happens, we've trained 2,200 people on equal terms." He pointed out that the majority of Parliament is "in favour of the Skolae" and was convinced that it will be "difficult" to oppose this majority.
