The Town Hall of Tolosa has decided to suspend the carnivals and the autumn fair. He also discusses the arrival of Olentzero and Mari Domingi at Christmas and the Magi Parade. The City Hall, "for responsibility", has warned that "as a fundamental and fundamental rule to avoid agglomerations, any holiday activity will not be carried out in the usual way".

Given this situation, the City wants to work with the social agents of the municipality on new proposals that replace the usual activities of each year, "to offer tolosarras new action programs that comply with all health and safety measures".

Fiestas of the neighborhoods and special fair

Instead of the festivities of the neighbourhoods, he said that an alternative has been worked out with representatives of the neighbourhood associations and that the Kultura Plazara project can be enjoyed on the October bridge. "Different cultural activities have been organised in the bullring so that citizens can continue to enjoy the culture", he added. Despite the bad weather announced, he has advanced that all planned events will be maintained and has specified that in case it rains the covered high area will be used, although it is not discarded.

In the case of special fairs, the City Hall started meeting with the agents in July and they are already working and closing new proposals. "Although fairs are not held in the usual way, small symbolic actions will be carried out to maintain their essence, as the special fairs are linked to our status as a country and are a symbol and sign of identity of our people in autumn".

And as has been done with the festivities of the neighborhoods and special fairs, the City Hall wants to do the same with all the other festivals and activities: "First, meeting with the actors, analysing what can be done and then drawing up and agreeing proposals," he added.
