The President of Navarra, María Chivite, explained that all restrictive measures against COVID-19 will be suspended, with the exception of those relating to education and sport. Therefore, Navarra returns to the forums and schedules prior to the pandemic in hospitality, commerce and cultural activities.

On the contrary, the "basic protection measures" established by the Government of Spain remain in force. In other words, the mask should continue to be used indoors, even outdoors, in this case when it is not possible to maintain an interpersonal distance of 1.5 metres.
