The Basque radios have today reported that Donibane Garazi's attorney, Marc Mariée, has confirmed the existence of allegations of rape. Two students from Donibane Garazi's Navarre Lyceum denounced the facts and reported being raped. The prosecutor has reported that this is a group violation that "has not existed." The rape has taken place in an uninhabited house in Donibane Garazi, where the young people of the institute had the habit of meeting.

Donibane Garazi's gendarmerie is investigating the case. As for the complaints lodged, two students of the armed institute were arrested last Thursday in Bilbao, but were released.
