Ten metal strikers from Bizkaia have begun to testify on Wednesday at the Barakaldo courts. In total, legal proceedings have been initiated against 22 strikers who will be declared on 15 May by two other workers.

Before starting the statement, all trade unions (except ELA) have held a rally and a press conference at the Barakaldo court. The unions and co-workers have supported the strikers and pointed out that "defending the rights of the working class" is not a crime, as Berria has said.
