The PNV has achieved a clear victory in the Bizkaia General Meetings (204,560 votes, 38.41%), despite having two runners less than in the previous legislature, with a total of 23. I needed 26 seats to get an absolute majority.

It's been done by EH Bildu second. With 132,955 votes (24.96%), it will have 15 junters (five more than in 2019).

The PSOE, with 84,663 votes (15.90%), will have 8 junters, as the previous one. The PP has won 3 junteros (one more than in 2019) and Elkarrekin Podemos 2 (four less).
