The judge records the case of the group rape of the Etxeberria park in Bilbao
- An 18-year-old woman reported on 2 August last year the sexual assault on six men in the Etxeberria Park in Bilbao. Now, the judge has decided to file the case, but the decision is not final, so an appeal against it can be brought.

On 2 August, the Ertzaintza detained six men as alleged perpetrators of a sexual assault crime. Two of them were imprisoned, but one was released a few days later, so it was a man who until now was in prison: the judge decided to keep him in prison, since the description of the wounds of one of the women's aggressors coincided with those of this man.
Among the arguments put forward by Bilbao's Examining Court No. 4 for the filing of this case of group rape, he said that there are "contradictions" between what has been reported and what has been investigated so far and "there is not enough basis to prove that there was a crime".
