Through this mobilization, they want to request internal and external spaces: gym, library, covered and open patio, dining room, hall of acts and teaching room, “to ensure the healthy development of children”. In addition, they ask that the use of municipal or wide public spaces of the environment be facilitated to be in contact with nature.
Regarding the structure of the schools, they point out that they need improvements and that for them it is necessary to update the infrastructure and adapt the buildings to the current needs. In addition, they have requested that the streets be cut off at the times of entry and exit, in order to ensure the safety of their sons and daughters and “reduce the risks of the circulation of vehicles in pedestrian areas”.
Finally, they want a “quality” public education for children ages 0 and 2, and a new institute for High School and Baccalaureate.
For all these reasons, on Thursday they will meet on the Solokoetxe stairs to “claim a future of quality for their children, reducing social inequalities”.
