In addition, in the complaint, agent 734 stated in his observations that the event occurred in a context of violence and threat and that the journalist used a suit to cover his face.
In the images disseminated by Ahotsa.info it is clear that the protest was peaceful and that no violence against the agents was used. In addition, Orduña clarifies that she had no outfit to cover her face, but wore a kiss that she had to wear. The journalist believes that the agent received false information in the complaint to try to put the judge against him.
