- Police investigation is open and the electronic equipment and devices seized from detainees are being analysed. The Ertzaintza believes there may be more victims. Apparently, they were given "gifts" in return.
Men are between 37 and 21 years old and accuse minors of sexual assault and crimes against the privacy of minors. One of them was arrested last November and, after passing before the judge, ordered him to leave, while the other man was arrested on 14 February.
For gifts
They note that these facts began in February 2023. The Ertzaintza discovers that minors were victims of sexual assault in exchange for gifts. Sometimes they forced minors to see “sexual encounters” between two men and with other minors. In addition, they were sometimes recorded.
The investigation remains open and it is explained that at the moment six minors have been victims of aggression. However, the Ertzaintza believes that there may be more victims and calls for complaints.
