Sánchez, Macho and Martínez decided to denounce and launch the Osakidetza fraud because the public administration is doing anything with public money. “However, our colleagues have been blind, they are silent because there is a lot of fear,” says Sánchez. “In fact, the fear of being expelled from work,” adds Martínez.
They say that there is a lot of passivity in the fight against fraud, “we have seen that it is difficult to fight the public administration, it is a wall,” explains Sánchez and Osakidetza, who denounce that they have no desire to clarify anything.
“Those in charge of the exam are those who are most interested and they choose who to give the questions to before the election,” says Martínez. “The selected students are given a pen call before the test day with the questions stopped at a specific place and time,” adds Macho.
“The exams are not passed by learning, but by getting the questions,” says Martínez, who heard it when he started working and says he has seen that it is true. They say it’s a very difficult test with strange questions.
The investigation launched by the Basque Government’s Health Minister, Jon Darpon, to solve the fraud is described as “insignificant”. “Soon after I started working, I knew that fraud was being committed,” says Martínez, so he doesn’t believe that the one who has been working all his life knows nothing.
