In the Spanish State, he is facing a 40-year prison sentence. He was sentenced in 2017 by the National High Court to 535 years in prison for placing an explosive device in the Madrid district of San Blas in 2005.

The Ávila prison is the only female penitentiary in Spain and is 400 kilometres from Orozko. There are two other members of the EPPK.
