III. The Lady Prize will begin on 6 May in Bilbao. On Friday the friendly tournament was presented in Azkain, in which twelve bertsolaris from different ages and territories will participate. "Making visible the rest of gender identities of women and non-hegemonic" is the main objective of the contest and aims to "strengthen generational alliances".

The first session will take place at the Bilbao TOUR on 6 May at 17:00. Assisted by Itxaso Paya Ruiz, Eli Zaldua Barquin, Maddi Ane Txoperena Iribarren, Ainara Ieregi Aranburu, Izarne Zelaia Arratibel and Maider Arrangi Markuleta. He will act as rapporteur Leire Vargas Nieto.

The second elimination will take place on 13 May in Erratzu society, also at 17:00 in the afternoon. The Bertsolaris singing will be Aroa Arrizubieta Barredo, Maddi Sarasua Laskarai, Idoia Granizo Uribarrena, Janire Arrizabalaga Munduate, Eli Pagola Apezetxea and Iruri Altzerreka Martinez. The topics will be contributed by Ane Ezenarro Beristain.

In each manga three bertsolaris will advance and the final will be played in Oñati. It will take place on May 27 at 17:00 in the Gazteleku of Verduri Hall. Tickets for all sessions are now available on the portal bertsosarrerak.eus.

Third edition

The project began two years ago with bertsolaris and bertsolaris feminists, in collaboration with local agents and members of the feminist movement. They wanted to turn the concept of elderly and lonely women and represent a "strong and empowered woman".

ARGIA will carry out a special monitoring of the Lady Prize this year, for which the podcast video Berezkoa Ta Natural will have returned. Aner Peritz, Leire Vargas and Oihana and Haizea Arana will face the microphone in BTN Mrs Edition. In three one-hour sessions, deep analyses of bertsos and humor are mixed. Starting May 11, the audiovisual will be Thursday in ARGIA and on our audio platforms.
