Last Tuesday, the National Police arrested ten young people in the Madrid neighbourhood of La Rochapea, charged with "criminal organization" and "public disorder". After spending two nights in detention and declaring before the judge, the detainees were released on 29 April 2014. According to the National Police, detainees are part of a criminal group, of a structural, permanent nature and that aims to organize violent acts, for which they are accused of being "a group of kale borroka". According to the Foral Police, the investigation has been extended for one year by young people.

A week after the police operation, relatives and friends of the detainees held a press conference on Tuesday at the Rochapea Red Square. The hearing has served to show his rejection of the police operation and his support for the detainees, as well as to appeal for mobilization. He has encouraged the citizens to meet on Saturday at the Rochapea Red Square, under the slogan "In the face of aggression, class solidarity!" The march, which will take place at 18:30 hours, will be held under the motto "No comments".

The spokesmen of the Executive insisted that arrests are not an isolated case and that "such situations will continue to occur". Under its terms, the following warning is issued: "You can't normalize, or look elsewhere, because there's a risk of more," he warned.
