Since then, the workers have concentrated on the door of the company, without being able to enter. They denounce that the presence of the Ertzaintza is "excessive" and the public chain has explained that there have been several police burdens and moments of tension in the area.

On Thursday afternoon the workers, the trade unions and those responsible for the company met, but no agreement was reached.
Batz S. Mondragon Group. Coop bought the Igorre automotive leather manufacturing plant in 2016 and after negotiating several cuts the workers signed the agreement until 2020. In October of this year, however, the company’s management announced the liquidation on the grounds of economic losses and placed 141 unemployed families.
On 25 October, hundreds of people took to the streets in Igorre to claim that the factory was not closed. The workers accuse Batz of cheating and Araluce that he did not do so to join his team when he bought the plant in 2016: "At no point in these three years has any action been taken to avoid reaching the current situation," he added.
Since 9:00 in the morning, the workers have reconcentrated in front of the Araluce plant to continue their struggle.
