Every two years the Crew Award has been held in Álava since 2010. Continuing on the path of 2018 and 2020, this year has followed the Championship format. This has been its seventh edition. The final will be held this Saturday, March 25, in Llodio.

This year a total of 64 people participated in bertsos, 16 as judges, 16 as gaiters and other functions (chroniclers, photographers, cooks or musicians). In the 1 mode 12 teams have been played in four leagues. The groups belong to the counties or localities of Ayala, Rioja Alavesa, Montaña, Llanada, Gorbea and Vitoria.

Of these, three have reached the end: the Errexala and Kuko Muinoak groups in Vitoria-Gasteiz and Izena Pentsau Bida in Aramaio.

Holiday final in Llodio

Laudio will host this Saturday, March 25, an all-day party. At 12:00 in the morning they will start to warm the atmosphere in the poteo. Bertsolaris and friends, from the institute of Laudio, will act in the group of writings and improvisation.

Then a meal will be held at 14:00 in the sports club. The Intxixv group will enliven the table with live music.

Finally, the final will be played between the three teams at 17:00 in the sports club.
