ETXERAT has reported eviction. Andoni Murga Zenarruzabeitia, born in Bilbao and who has a close relationship with Llodio, has regained freedom after a quarter century of imprisonment. Murga, arrested at the age of 28, has been released from prison at 53. Family, friends and former co-workers were waiting for him outside.

Tortured journalist

Murga was arrested in 1996, along with Fernando Alonso Abad, on charges of a crime of family integration in ETA. Both were then journalists from the Egin newspaper. As Naiz remembers. Murga was tortured during the incommunicado period.
