Eneko Goia received the award from the mayor of San Sebastián at the Victoria Eugenia Theatre. He mentions that it is a reward to be distributed among many, “and the part that touches me I want to dedicate to my mother.”

Throughout his career, Anari has released nine albums. In 1997 the work entitled ‘Anari’ was the first and the last ‘epilogue’ released in 2016.

He has written songs about frailty in general, “because a good mood doesn’t lead me to write, I don’t know about it. In these cases there is nothing to say, everything is fine and that’s it,” says Urola in the Costa Rican Word.

The controversial tweet

“She has received the Rama Award not for being a woman, but for being a great artist”, tweeted the mayor Eneko Goia and generated controversy.

A few days ago Anari made it clear that she is a woman and a creator “so I have to believe that the award has been given to me as a creator, and that it is a result of the work that I and those around me have been doing for years.”
