Psychotherapist Giorgio Nardone defines a series of tricks as "going up the enemy to the loft and then taking off the stairs". It is the basis of many traps in which we offer our enemy to go somewhere and not let him out when we get in. It is a very common trick in fishing and hunting. But it is important to be clear that it has many applications in the rhetoric of manipulation and seduction.

I have the feeling that this is happening a lot in our city, that the authorities use that trick. The citizens bring us to a concrete opinion, and that is where we are, they leave us unable to decide. In this city, the decisions that leave us trapped are being made, and their job seems to be to look for the best traps and the most subtle ones, not to improve our quality of life, or to improve as human beings. At this time when the city has felt the taste for traps, and taking into account the repair of the Koldo Mitxelena Kulturgunea, another trick comes to mind, which has often been mistaken in repairing processes and systems that work well, that is, making unnecessary changes, or in the language of the plots “fixing what is not broken”.
