"The Pirates of San Sebastián want to express their full solidarity by invoking the protection of fundamental human rights to the youth and family of Altsasu. The movement hopes that the salt of the sea of San Sebastián will reach the young people who are hundreds of miles away. A big hug from San Sebastian," they told the press.

The Fathers of Altsasu have received the news with great satisfaction, as reported by the movement for popular festivities. "They have stated that they consider collaboration between agents to be essential, as well as that it is essential to join forces to build a free society."

This video has been made to let the Pirates know about the news.

In recent years these have been the agents that have thrown the shot

Neighborhood association of Martutén, collective against house layoffs, movement for abortion, the Word of Irutxulo, refugees and Izar and Sara.

This year Captain Ezkila: The Kalepoza Brotherhood

The Kalepoza Brotherhood will be the captain of Pirate Week 2018, and it will be an indicator of the values that drive the entire movement. The Cofradía is made up of several gangs that, according to them, surround the hockey group “Amigos de Kale”, made up of people who, as they say, have “Joie de Vivre” as the motto of life. "These pirates in the Old Town want to fill a dark neighborhood with vibrant colors. The festivities are celebrated on these special days, they want to add color to this darkness. That’s why they wear the color “Fuxia” on them. Let go of the shame and sorrow during the holidays, because they want to enjoy the holidays and transmit joy. The confraternity was created because they share values such as social participation, the dissemination of the Basque language and feminism in the Pirate movement in San Sebastián", reports the Pirates.
