The different events and events of Saturday and Sunday aimed to condemn the event organized by Spain Citizens for last Sunday in Alsasua, in which Citizens, Vox and pp participated. Convened by the Citizens' Assembly of Altsasu, on Saturday afternoon a massive demonstration was held in the Plaza de los Fueros with the motto “Utzi Altsasu bakean”. According to the organizers, some 10,000 people have gathered at the Maryland fairgrounds.

On Sunday the kiosk of the town square was not awakened as usual: on a fence bound by chain there were a lot of wrinkles, in which the flags of Citizens, Vox and pp were fluttered. On the other hand, two calls were organized, both at 10:00. Area of Rights and Freedoms in Plaza Iortia, by the hand of the People's Assembly, and from the cemetery, meetings and concert of young people, among others, organized by the Altsasu Fascismo Kontra initiative. The first was the most multitudinous, which was held in Plaza Iortia, near the event organized by Spain Citizenry. The program was complete. Among others, the concerts of Petti, Xabi Solano and Fermin Muguruza, the feminist batukada, and the performance of bertsolaris of Lazkoz with Amets Arzallus and Eneko Lazkoz.

After 11:00 in the morning they arrived at Altsasu Albert Rivera, of Citizens, and Vox and the other leaders of the pp, with the support of their sympathizers, among the screams of protesters opposed to the act. Rivera complained that he had been thrown "stones", despite the fact that all the initiatives that took place at the march denied that they had taken place. The star moment of the day coincided with the beginning of the act of Citizen Spain, in which the church bells were heard for several consecutive minutes, causing problems to listen to the speakers of the act. The police then decided to enter the church, where the two people inside the temple were evicted. Vox’s leader, Santiago Abascal, expressed his discomfort through social networks on the Internet. Then, while Albert Rivera spoke, for about 15 minutes there was a continuous sound of mermaid coming from the adjacent house of the plaza.

According to the Foral Police, a "serious administrative complaint" will be made against the two young people who sounded the bells from the bell tower for obstructing a legal ekitalde.
