The City of Aduna will grant EUR 600 per month for surveillance aid
  • The City Hall of Aduna has informed by means of the call for grants to alleviate the economic damage caused by COVID-19. Persons who have contracted or reduced their working hours for the care of children or the elderly as a result of the closure of schools and day centres shall be eligible for support of EUR 600. Small shops and restaurants that have had to close their doors, up to EUR 500, will also be supported. To this end, the City Council has approved a EUR 25,000 exchange from the municipal budgets.

Care aid shall be granted under the following conditions: Contracts for the care of 12-year-old children or dependants of all ages, as a result of COVID-19, will be subsidised at EUR 600 per month per household if the contract is full-time (if the day is shorter, the aid will also be reduced). Compliance with the Working Convention in the Surveillance Area should be ensured.

In the case of a reduction in working hours for the care of children under 12 years of age or dependents or application for leave without pay, the City Council shall subsidise with EUR 600 per month per unit of coexistence, in the case of a reduction in full time (lower reductions shall be granted less aid).

Aid to small shops and restaurants that have had to close their doors

Small shops and hospitality establishments with a tax domicile in Aduna will receive support of EUR 500 per month and will have a supplement of EUR 100 per full-time worker (in the case of part-time workers the supplement will be reduced proportionally). The ceiling shall be EUR 1,000 per month.
