Independence parties in Corsica, Kanaky, Guyana, Polynesia and Euskal Herria sign a joint declaration
  • Two independence parties from different peoples still dominated by France have signed a declaration in the framework of the Ghjurnate di Corti independence meetings, which are held annually in Rents (Corsica).

From Corsica to Corsica Liberates, from Polynesia to Tavini Huiraati, from Guyana to MDES Movement for Decolonization and Social Emancipation, from Kanaky to FLNKS Kanaken Frente por la Liberación Nacional y Socialista and from Euskal Herria EH Bai. These five independence parties have signed a joint declaration in the framework of the meetings held in Cortes.

In this declaration they undertake to develop cooperation at the "international", "national" [French State] and "local" levels. The text sets out the objective of developing and taking into account historically existing relations.

The United Nations resolutions refer to the right to independence and the need for discoloration of the colonized peoples. These resolutions begin their statement in memory.
