Ahotsa.infok has reported the judgment of the Provincial Court of Navarra (TSJN). The Court acknowledges that the wounds suffered by Zudaie, which has lost much of the vision of the left eye, have been the result of the stalemate, but that in these events "there is no crime of injury". So, he acquitts the policy that shot the ball.

The indictment called for a five-year prison sentence and a total compensation of 108,000 euros for the defendant, in addition to the disqualification. On the same day that the general strike was called in September 2012, the agent launched a ball at the Paseo Sarasate in Pamplona from a very short distance.
