On 13 March began the collection of the whole cow's milk that Zaporeak will prepare in Hego Euskal Herria. The collection included 30,000 liters of milk in Donostia-San Sebastián, Arrasate, Aretxabaleta, Aramaio, Antzuola, Oñati, Zarautz, Usurbil, Urretxu, Legazpi, Beasain, Legazpi, Ordizia, Astigarraga and Tolosa.
