Luis Garde, Pello Lizarralde, Uxue Alberdi, Idoia Garzes and Joxean Agirre are still the most voted. The Academy will announce at the end of April the name of the winner of the 111 Academic Award 2020.

Among the pieces donated by Basque literature 2020.urtean, the books that followed their path have been: The Airport Music (Pamiela), Argiantza (Erein), Dendaostekoak (Susa Literatura), Mendiko gaitz (Elkar) and Nobela errealibat (Elkar). The members of the academy shall send their vote in favour of one of them by 26 March.

If in that second ballot a book gets 40% of the votes, it will be the winner or, if not, the two books with the most votes will reach the end. In the first round, 92 people voted, but this number is expected to increase in the second and third rounds.
