  • On Sunday, Health Day was celebrated in the plaza de los Burgos de Pamplona and at the event Andrés Jaso, Fortunato Agirre, Ramón Bengarai, Eladio Zilbeti and Natalio Cayuela were honoured. Hundreds of people have joined the call made by the Osasuna Sadar Bizirik initiative, which has also been attended by relatives of the shot. They were offered bouquets of flowers and a dantzari from the Iruña Group danced an aurresku.

In their speech, they stressed the popular character of the shot and extolled them by saying that besides being supporters of Osasuna, they were supporters of justice, of the Basque Country and of freedom: “They were progressive people.” It was also recalled the work carried out by the memorialist groups, which, in addition to reconstructing many stories of people, “have managed to keep alive the memory of the shot at the age of 80”.

The family members who were seated in front of the stage were able to enjoy some nice words, which also evoked the suffering suffered by them during all these years. In 1920 Osasuna will fulfill his centenary and throughout the year they claimed a sacque of honor for them.

The event ended with the dances offered by the Iruña Group and then a concert was held. Due to the weather conditions, the inflatables were transferred to the fronton of Baños de Ebro. OSASUNA disputed yesterday afternoon the Derbi who faced the Alavés for 4-2 in favor of the Rojillos and in which many fans of the Alavés team also participated.
