Sentenced to 15 months in jail for breaking the camera in front of gaztetxe Marvels

4 de la Penal de Pamplona/Iruña According to the Court, on August 11, 2018, a week before the first eviction of the Gaztetxe Marvels, at 5:53 a.m., two young people met in front of the Rozalejo Palace, which was the Gaztetxe Marvels, with a stairway and climbing material. In front, on portal 14 of the Plaza de la Navarrería, there was a surveillance chamber of the City Council of Pamplona. According to the court, the camera was released and thrown to the ground. One of the two young people has not been identified by the Foral Police. The other, identified, was sentenced to 15 months in prison and to a fine of 4,320 euros for a crime of murder. The young man filed an appeal alleging that there were doubts about the authorship of the aggression. But now the Navarra Hearing has been ratified in the judgment of the Bateragune case.
